Den 21-årige rumænske landsholdsspiller Cristian Chirita har skrevet kontrakt med Næstved Bordtennis (in danish and english)!
Det er en stor glæde at kunne offentliggøre, at vi har lavet aftale med Cristian Chirita.
Cristian har i indeværende sæson spillet i den bedste rumænske liga, hvor han vandt det nationale mesterskab, samt N1 i Frankrig, hvor også Hampus Söderlund har spillet.
Cristians seneste internationale resultater viser sejre mod stærke spillere som Tom Jarvis (nr. 11 i Verden i U21) og det finske stortalent Alex Naumi. I 2021 var han meget tæt på sejr mod den tyske herrelandsholdsspiller Killian Ort, der spiller i bundesligaen, og vi har en god mavefornemmelse i forhold til næste sæson, hvor sæsonmålet er at tilbageerobre pokalen fra Roskilde.
Khaled Assar og Andreas Törnkvist fortsætter, og måske også Malte Möregårdh, og med tilgang af Michal Obeslo, Anton Andersson, Patrick Skarsholm, og nu også Cristian Chirita, der er sidste brik i puslespillet, er truppen på plads til næste sæson, hvor alle er vigtige i jagten på succes.
I forhold til sidste sæson må vi sige farvel til Hampus Söderlund (Rekord, Sverige), Magnus Månsson (karrierestop), Tomas Koldas (Luxembourg) og Radim Bako (Østrig), og jeg vil gerne på vegne af Næstved Bordtennis, fans og sponsorer endnu engang benytte lejligheden til at sige 1000 tak for jeres store bidrag til hvor vi er i dag. I har alle leveret en monsterindsats, og vi har sammen sat Næstved Kommune på det bordtennismæssige landkort. Tak venner!
The 21 years old Romanian international Cristian Chirita has signed for Næstved Bordtennis!
I am very happy to announce the signing of Cristian Chirita!
The Moldova born talent has played in the best league in Romania this season, where he won the national championship, and has also featured for a team in the France N1 like Hampus Söderlund.
The most recent international results from Cristian are impressing; victories against Tom Jarvis and Alex Naumi, and last year he was very close to defeating the german international Killian Ort, who has a positive score in the ”bundesleague”.
We have a good feeling about next season, where our season goal is to reclaim the cup from Roskilde.
Khaled Assar and Andreas Törnkvist will feature next season, and possibly also Malte Möregårdh, and with the additions of Michal Obeslo, Anton Andersson, Patrick Skarsholm and now Cristian Chirita, who is the last piece in the jigsaw, we have a perfect and balanced team with a lot of talent and experience, where all players are important in our quest for success.
Unfortunately, we have to say goodbye to a lot of good servants and friends, who for different reasons have decided to depart. Hampus Söderlund (Rekord Helsingborg, Sweden), Magnus Månsson (retired), Tomas Koldas (Luxemburg) and Radim Bako (Austria).
